Request by the Friends of Coggshall Park for a special permit for the sale and consumption of alcohol at
Coggshall Park on Thursday, September 19, 2019 for the 125 Anniversary Dinner.
Request by Jackie Cullen of River Styx Brewing for a special permit for the sale of alcohol in Coolidge Park on
October 27, 2019 as part of the Friends of Fitchburg Dogs Howl-O-Ween Party.

NOTICE OF P UBLIC MEETING
Request by a concerned citizen that the Board of Park Commissioners consider allowing the donation of a
United Nations Flag to fly in the “Flags of Nations” display at Heritage Park.
Park Use request by Achla Madan for the use of Riverfront Park on Saturday, September 28, 2019 for the
annual Blacksmith Arts and Renaissance Festival. Ms. Madan is also requesting the Commissioners consider
waiving the park use fee.
