Approval of the Minutes: Regular Meeting October 1, 2019 Department Reports:  Friends of Coggshall Park Report  Community Development Report  Parks Maintenance Report  Riverfront Parks and Trails Fund Report  Recreation Director's Report Old Business:  Fitchburg Arts Community and Lowe Playground: o Vote to release the described easement from jurisdiction to the Board of Park Commissioners; (tabled) o Vote to declare the easement area to be surplus property and refer the same to the City Council for lawful disposition; (tabled) o Vote to approve the draft Resolution to City Council granting in the appropriate form a memorialization of the City’s intention to fund improvements at the Lowe Park in the amount of $150,000.00 after the receipt of 40 R funds on account of this project. (tabled)  Discussion on amending the Park Rules (tabled)  Request by Veteran Commissioner for the Board of Park Commissioners to exploring installing lighting at all flag poles in the parks flying the American flag per US Flag Code.
