Approval of the Minutes: Regular Meeting March 5, 2020 Department Reports:  Friends of Coggshall Park Report  Community Development Report  Parks Maintenance Report  Riverfront Parks and Trails Fund Report  Recreation Director's Report Old Business: New Business  Updates on current Park Rules during COVID-19 State of Emergency  Discussion on Park/Field Use during Phase II and Phase III of Covid-19 State of Emergency  Request by the Fitchburg Firefighters Relief Association to install signage on the Upper Common requesting dogs waste be picked up  Discussion with Community Development regarding Park Use by local businesses  Discussion on opportunities which may be available to facilitate a streamlined approvals process for events in City Parks during Phase III of the Governor’s Reopening Plan.  Request by the Community Development Dept. and the Sam Pawlak Playground Community to relocated the proposed park to Parkhill Park and apply for a PARC Grant. Please see the attached presentation.  Friends of Coggshall Park request to install signage on Henry Coggshall Memorial Stone House recognizing contributions by the Montachusett Regional Technical Vocational School in the reconstruction of the stone house.
