151-13. ORDER: Appropr. $6,000, same to be credited to CIVIC
DAYS and charged against AVAILABLE FUNDS.

152-13. ORDER: That the City of Fitchburg hereby approves the
expenditure of funds from the MA Executive Office of
Public Safety and Security, FY13 Pedestrian Safety
Grant, in the approx. amount of $5,000, for the
purposes of said grant.

153-13. ORDER: Transfer $30,000 to EMPLOYER’S FICA from
UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION.

154-13. ORDER: Transfer $20,000 from UNEMPLOYMENT
COMPENSATION to the following MGL chapter 41, section
100 accounts: $10,000 to POLICE MEDICAL and $10,000
to FIRE MEDICAL.

155-13. ORDER: Transfer $30,000 from DPW-HIGHWAY GENERAL
PERSONAL SERVICES to accounts as follows:

156-13. ORDER: That the City of Fitchburg approves the
expenditure of $2,000 from the Henry Coggshall Trust
Fund to construct an accessible Ramp to the Patio
behind the Coggshall Stone House.

157-13. ORDER: That the City of Fitchburg approves the
expenditure of funds from the MA Dept. of Public
Health, for the Health-Opioid Abuse Prevention
Collaborative Grant, in the approx. amount of
$700,000, for the purposes of said grant.

165-13. Fitchburg Board of Health, to approve the
Intermunicipal Agreement between municipalities
participating in the Montachusett Public Health
Network (11 Cities and Towns) desiring to share key
public health services and the costs associated with
these services.

VII. ORDERS – Finance
166-13. ORDER: That the City of Fitchburg approves the
expenditure of funds for the Airport Phase I Aviation
Easement Project from the grants in the approximate
amount of $474,678.75 as follows: $438,165.00 from the
Federal Aviation Administration and $36,513.75 from
the MA Dept. of Transportation-Aeronautics Division
for the purposes of said grants.
167-13. ORDER: Approving the expenditure of funds from the
National Endowment of the Arts for the Main St. Art
Project, “Our Town” grant in the approximate amount of
$75,000.00
168-13. ORDER: Approving the expenditure of funds from the MA
Office of Public Safety and Security for the FY13
State 911 Dept. Support and Incentive Grant in the
approximate amount of $115,227.

voters of the Special State Election to be held on
June 25, 2013.
170-13. ORDER OF NOTICE: Notice of Abandonment of Public Way:
a portion of Highland Avenue from its intersection

on Highland Ave.

Redevelopment Authority, to release, with the
intention of terminating, the easement the City of

Order designating a Housing Development Zone,
