The Special Meeting ofthe City Council was held over the Zoom meeting platform and live
streamed at FATV Studios, Fitchburg, on Febmary 24, 2021. The meeting was called to order by
President Anthony Zarrella at 6:56 P.M. The Clerk recorded the names ofthe Councillors who had
logged in and six Councillors were present (Beauchemin, Couture, Fleming, Squailia, Van Hazinga,
Zarrella). President Zarrella led the salute to the flag.
