The agenda will consist of: New Appointments Full Time Student Police Officers Noel Ntoro Ashley Perez Alison Tota 187-21. AN ORDINANCE: Chapter 47-1.A. Alford Provisional City Clerk The Special meeting of the City Council was held in the Legislative Building, 700 Main Street, Fitchburg MA and called to order by President Zarrella at 6:45 PM. The salute to the Flag was led by Councillor Fleming. The Clerk called the Roll and nine (9) members were present. Councillors Green and Schultz were absent. Board consists of 11 members. President Zarrella read the Warrant for the Special Meeting. 187-21. AN ORDINANCE: Chapter 47-1.A. Ward Boundaries-Boundary Descriptions are hereby amended as follows: See link below: https://ma-fitchburg.civicplus.com/DocumentCenter/View/8975/Ordinance-187-21-Final Patrick Hare, Chief of Staff to the Mayor presented the final amended 2021 Ward and Precinct map, physical boundary descriptions, and census track and block numbers. He explained there were a handful of boundary markers that needed to be correctly identified in the legal descriptions. In addition, there was a small error on the map the state provided to us to one of the ward lines. This correction did not violate any of our population parameters. Motion and second to amend the Ordinance was passed by unanimous consent 9/0. Ordinance passed to a third and final reading and adopted to be enrolled and ordained by unanimous roll call vote of 9 in favor and 0 opposed. 9 members present. Board consists of 11 members.
