The meeting opened with a salute to the Flag led by Councilor Beauchemin. The City Clerk called the roll 9 Councilors were present (Councilor Fleming via Zoom) (Councilor Couture and Green absent). Board consists of 11 members. COMMUNICATION Her Honor the Mayor Shawn McGoldrick and Hannah York of CliftonLarsonAllen LLC (CLA) to present their 5-year financial forecast and recommendations for the City of Fitchburg General Fund.
