Mr. Daniel P. Curley, Executive Director, Fitchburg Redevelopment Authority, to release with the intention of termination the easement the City of Fitchburg reserved in its deed to FRA dated May 29, 2013 to remove sand and gravel from the land conveyed by that deed. 204-12. That the City of Fitchburg accept the Grant of Easement from Michael Brazeil, Trustee of Quality Realty Trust for a sum of less than $100.00 as outlined in enclosed order. 158-12. Fitchburg Historical commission, to enact the proposed by law entitled “The Preservation of Historically Significant Buildings”.
