Jay D. Bry, Vice President of Finance and Administration, Fitchburg State University, to declare the parcel of property on the north side of North St. (formerly 86 North St.) as excess to the needs of the City and sell the same to FSU Foundation Supporting Organization, Inc. 278-13. Jefal Fitchburg Limited Partnership, to petition the City of Fitchburg to accept an easement, for sidewalk purposes, over a portion of privately owned property abutting John Fitch Highway, as outlined in the petition. 089-14. Requesting the City Council approve a lease to be entered into between the Airport Commission and the Fitchburg Pilots Association, for a term exceeding 20 years, a copy of the lease to be signed is attached hereto.
