Tourigny, Joe Bowen (ex-officio) Call to Order: Tamar called the meeting to order at 4:41pm New Membership: Audrey - Bill Lorgan has expressed interest, working on a resume to submit. A.J. will be speaking with Ellen Daoust Treasurer’s Report: FY22 ending balance $15,380.32. $5,797.32 will be eligible to reprogram. In November, there will be payouts for the scholarship fund. Motion to accept Treasurer's report, Shara, seconded by Liz. Unanimous. Grant Coordinator’s Report: Eileen not present. FY2021 applications closed out. FCC Events: Winter Bazaar: Liz needs help getting the word out. 18 vendors signed up so far, it would be best to be closer to 25. A shift list will be circulating for volunteers to sign up. In google drive there is a list of vendors who have signed up already. FCA held a meeting on October 26, 2022, BOD submitted a letter to FCC, adopting FItchburg Open Studios program from FCC to FCA. Grant Reviews: Priorities Overview & Grant - Audrey reviewed Conflict of Interest before Grant review - Tamar reviewed FY23 Eligibility Criteria - Application 47075: - Motion to move 47075 forward for funding made by Shara, second by Audrey - Speaking to the motion: Shara, does not meet local criteria, not serving Fitchburg Community. Audrey confirmed the same. - 0 in favor - 5 Opposed, motion fails. - Application 38015: - Motion to move 38015 forward for funding by Liz, seconded by Shara  - Speaking to the motion: Shara, great project, previously funded and had a good number of competitors. Audrey, one of our requirements is a venue commitment letter, because Mill St is a public space, it will be acceptable. - 5 in favor - 0 opposed - Application 47051: - Motion to move application 47051 forward for funding made by Liz, seconded by Shara - Speaking to the motion: Audrey, not sure if it will differ from the FCA directory. Tamar - this is a broad sheet, more like a newspaper, less of a directory. Audrey, we are in a newspaper dessert, this will help fill the gap. - 5 in favor - 0 opposed - Application 46824 - Motion to move application 46824 forward for funding made by Audrey seconded A.J. - Speaking to the motion: Audrey, correction - workshop will take place at the FCA, not the FCC. Shara, this is a theatrical production not necessarily a religious gathering.
