Tourigny, Liz Murphy, Shara Osgood, Joe Bowen (ex-officio) Call to Order: Tamar called the meeting to order at 4:48 Grant Coordinator’s Report Grant Reviews ● Application 26248: W3MAYB3CUZNS Album Release ○ Derek Craig present to speak about the project - This is a 17 song album, with his study partner, Joseph Merchanson. They are applying to finish the album, mixing and mastering, commissioning a local artist, and additional visuals by videographers. This event is open to the public, but must RSVP. ○ Motion made by Shara to move application forward for funding, seconded by Liz. ○ In favor: 5 ○ Opposed: 0 ● Application 40745: Jekyll and Hyde ○ Application was appealed, MCC asked us to review application ○ Motion was made by Liz to review application for funding, seconded by Audrey ○ Speaking to the motion: ■ Shara: The only reason the application was declined was lack of a venue commitment letter, but because the event already happened, there is no reason to not fund the application. ○ In favor: 5 ○ Opposed: 0 ● Total amount FCC allotted for the grant cycle: $58,844 ○ $79,243 was eligible for funding ○ We elected a cap of $1746, per an application ■ Every application that requested $1746 and under were fully funded.  ■ Total 47 applications to fund ● 32 applications fully funded ● 15 applications were partially funded. ○ Because only 5 members are present during this meeting, and Shara has applications that are part of this process, the council will need to schedule another meeting with quorum to make final funding votes. ● Next meeting will be January 10, at 4:30, virtually Adjournment ● Motion to adjourn made by A.J., seconded by Shara. ○ In favor: 5 ○ Opposed: 0
