In attendance: Tamar Russell Brown, Audrey Pendleton-Chow, A.J. Tourigny, Eileen
Berger, Shara Osgood, Liz Murphy
Call to Order: Tamar called the meeting to order at 4:33pm
Grant Financials
● A.J. made a motion to fund all applications as proposed, seconded by Eilleen
● Speaking to the motion:
○ Shara stepped out of the room for voting, due to conflict of interest..
○ Audrey - during eligibility votes, there were comments to look into grant
amount requests for the following applications, and if we should fund the
full amount or less.
■ Applications FY23-LCC-38693 and FY23-LCC-43530
■ Applications: FY23-LCC-29191 and FY23-LCC-37411
○ Audrey, I’m comfortable with funding all four applications as proposed.
Funding any of these programs less than proposed does not significantly
affect the grant amounts for the other applications. The Fitchburg Military
Band applications are for two very different programs.
○ Liz, I’m comfortable with funding the four activities as proposed in the
spreadsheet.
○ All in favor: 5
