Thereafter, Mr. Perry made a motion to accept the minutes, Ms. Robinson seconded the motion and the minutes were unanimously approved. Meeting Activity A motion was made by Dr. Braga and seconded by Mr. Perry to present the GPA plan to the School Subcommittee vote was unanimous. Sub Committee break out session: at 2:47, the group transitioned to discuss the organization of a PTO ​ The School Committee’s policy of nondiscrimination extends to students, employees, and the general public with whom it does business. After the meeting, Mrs Maskewich provided the following via email to Dr. Braga: recorded here for continuity. PTO: (Draft) of how the first day for the PTO should look like: 1. Cultural food 15 minutes ( nice but not necessary) 2. Presentation 15 minutes ( nice but not necessary) 3. Welcome 2 minutes 4. What is a PTO? 5 minutes 5. Principal’s agenda or vision 10 minutes 6. Open Forum 15 minutes 7. Survey 8.
