Minutes:
Minutes from 03/25/25– approved, first Sophia Robinson, second Jean Raabe.
● Update on Budget Proposal (SY25-26):
○ No update to provide, item will move to next meeting’s agenda (May).
● Timeline for the Vision of the Graduate (Feedback)
○ Minimal feedback from the survey on the timeline.
○ Move forward with the work of the Vision of the Graduate for May.
■ Form a Steering Committee and conduct various constituency meetings to
discuss the concept of the vision for the graduate.

● International Night Event (Review & Feedback)
○ Students and staff enjoyed the event.
○ The cultures of FHS were represented at the event.
○ Minimal families attended the event.
○ Several ideas came from the event:
■ Opportunities for students to celebrate their cultures throughout the school year.
■ Possibly having an International Night-type event during the Open House at the
start of the school year.
■ Contacting FPS Middle School Principals to send representatives from the PTO
Subcommittee to attend PTO meetings at the middle schools. This will support
with recruitment of incoming 9th Grade families.
● Agenda Items for Next Meeting:
○ Update on School Budget Proposal.
○ Review the Draft of a new tentative grading system (grading subcommittee).
