The Human Rights Commission has voted in favor of the below proposal as of 11/20/20 The city shalt, every three years, prepare and publish a strategic plan and regular report to the Human Rights Commission that addresses the racial equity and economic empowerment disparities through the lens ofthe city practices and policies. Such plan shalt address thefollowing components: Communication: including interna! and external communication, education and awareness efforts; Community refations ;City Personnei: induding, but not limited to: hiring, retention', interning', appointing} Community and economic development; Public health o Education Radal Justice Group/SURJ subgroup reports: a. Goal 1 School Workforce Diversity-Hafsa b. Goal 2 School System Leadership-David c.
