In attendance were: Commissioner’s Roth and Nealon
Excused: Commissioner Maguy-Stewart
Absent: Commissioners Senovia, Asfa,Ashraf, Darcangelo, Ford-Rhodes, Knight, Pridgen

Meeting called to order at 5:30pm
Welcoming and Introductions
Review of previous meeting minutes for 3/27/23 2023 Minutes-tabled no quorum
Public Comment Period-Opportunity for the public to speak during a Commission Meeting
Chairperson or designee will ask if anyone in the audience wishes to speak on any matter appearing on
the agenda. If you wish to address the commission, raise your hand, when recognized, you must stand
state your name and address and the reason for your speaking: None
New Business- Juneteenth Activities for June 17th -Leona Whetzel, Three Pyramids provided an
over view of the activities being planned with a full day event. Barbara agreed to distribute
flyers to membership. The HRC has agreed to host a table at the event. David offered a table.
Next we need Commissioner’s to commit to working the event to represent the commission and
our work. Memo to be sent out.
Lack of attendance noted by Commissioner Roth needs to be addressed. Barbara agreed to send
follow up to the Commissioners.
