Councillor Thibault-Munoz, to add to Ch. 169, Article V., Parking Meters, section 169-54, parking permits, to allow owners of businesses and their employees with their place of business located on Main St. between Wallace St. and Academy St. to acquire a parking permit to park on Grove St. and Elm St. 203-13. Steven Curry, Board of Health Director, to amend Chapter 112: Recycling and Solid Waste Collection Ordinance to include mandatory recycling. 238-13. Attorney John Barrett, City Solicitor, to designate Attorney Scott Lewis, Esquire, a special Municipal Employee pursuant to MGL C. 268A, to serve as special counsel for the City solely in connection with a particular matter, that being a Corrective Action Plan with the FAA for the Fitchburg Airport, as outlined in the enclosed petition.
