Councillor Amy Green and Councillor Paul Beauchemin, to ban all drop “aid/donation” boxes in the City. They have a tendency to become “drop off dump” sites. And/or require the agency that has these dumpsters to be required to have a permit. 159-14. David Streb, to make the Conservation Commission Special Employees. 168-14.
