Councillor Angelo Bisol, to change the wording in the City code Article X, section 3-121, re: Board of Parks Commissioners, as outlined in the enclosed petition. 168-14. Councillors Dean Tran, David Clark, and Amy Green, to reconsider Petition 122- 11 to eliminate healthcare benefits for City Councillors. (AMENDED: to make health care benefits available to City Councillors through the City of Fitchburg.) 270-14. William Walsh, Fitchburg Senior Center, to amend Chapter 3, section 143 of the City Code RE: Members of the Council on Aging. 158-14. Councillor Amy Green and Councillor Paul Beauchemin, to ban all drop “aid/donation” boxes in the City. They have a tendency to become “drop off dump” sites. And/or require the agency that has these dumpsters to be required to have a permit. 289-14. Councillor Angelo Bisol, to designate members of Parks Commission as special municipal employees under the provisions of MGL Chapter 268A. 306-14. Councillors Michael Kushmerek and Paul Beauchemin, to amend Ordinance 169- 86 with respect to a penalty and fee structure. 225-14. Councillors Angelo Bisol, Marcus DiNatale, and Amy Green, to Amend, wherever applicable in the City Code with respect to Mayoral appointments of Department Heads, re: Six month requirement as outlined in the petition.
