AN ORDINANCE: Chapter 44, Section 10 of the Code of the City of Fitchburg as most recently amended, shall be amended by striking where applicable the current rates for temporary seasonal employees and inserting in its place the attached table of wage rates to be in compliance with minimum wage laws. 036-23.
