Maynard, Chairman Daniel Sarefield Vincent Pusateri, II MINUTES OF MEETING The regular meeting of the Board of License Commissioners was held on March 3, 2014 in the Fitchburg Municipal Offices conference room, 166 Boulder Drive, Fitchburg, and called to order by Commissioner Maynard at 6:00PM. Commissioner Sarefield was present. Sgt. Matthew Lemay was present. Commissioner Pusateri arrived at 6:05PM. The agenda consisted of the following: I. REVIEW AND ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES FROM THE PREVIOUS MEETING. Minutes reviewed and signed. II. NEW APPLICATIONS Finnish Center of Saima Park, 61 Scott Road for Special One Day Wine and Malt Beverages license for St. Urho’s Night, 6P – 11P on March 15, 2014. Approved 2/0 III. CONTINUED APPLICATIONS The Fay Club, 658 Main Street, for Change of Manager to Dennis Sonnenburg. Commissioner Pusateri recused himself and left the room. Approved 2/0 Commissioner Pusateri returned to the room. Kelbro, LLC dba Backstreets Pub, 14 Mill Street, for Alteration of Premises (adding 14’ x 45’ outdoor patio with 4’ walkway; six to eight tables with four chairs at each table) Mr. Edward Kelly was present. He stated that his brother Michael Kelly, who was present at the last meeting, said that all necessary paperwork was in order with the Building Department for the Outdoor Seating permit. However, he did not have any paperwork with him as had been requested at the last meeting. Application continued to March 17, 2014 3/0. IV. MISCELLANEOUS Taxi Driver Permit application David Bland – continued to March 17, 2014. Commission would like to discuss the application with the applicant. Dyanara Troche – approved for two years with a review in six months. Permit is subject to revocation at the six month review The meeting adjourned at 6:32 PM Respectfully submitted, Anna M.
