MINUTES OF MEETING
A special meeting of the Board of License Commissioners was held on June 11, 2020 over the Zoom meeting
platform, and called to order by Commissioner Sarefield at 10:02 A.M. Commissioners Boscardin and
Zarrella were also present. FPD Liaison Lieutenant Howe was present.
I. DISCUSSION AND APPROVAL PROCESS FOR ANY TEMPORARY ALTERATION OF
PREMISES LICENSES, AS REQUIRED.
Commissioner Sarefield called the meeting to order and stated that he was very encouraged by the new
ViewPoint approval process and thanked the many City Departments who had been instrumental in
developing the method, especially Building and Information Technology Departments.
Commissioner Sarefield then stated that there were no new applications in the system and that it
seemed prudent to cancel the Special Meeting of June 12th.
The City Clerk will cancel the meeting and set up a meeting for each concurrent day in the week of June
15th.
With no further business before the Commission, the meeting adjourned at 10:27 AM.
