MINUTES OF MEETING
A regular meeting of the Board of License Commissioners was held on August 3, 2020 over the Zoom
meeting platform, and called to order by Commissioner Sarefield at 6:04 PM Commissioners Boscardin
and Zarrella were also present. FPD Liaison Lieutenant Howe was present.
Also in attendance were Bill DiMario of Green Road, LLC dba Thirsty Robot Brewing and Mary Jo
Bohart, Economic Development Director for the City of Fitchburg.
I. REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PRIOR MEETING(S)
The minute from the following previous meetings were approved by roll-call vote 3/0.
June 5th, June 10th, June 11th, June 15th, June 17th, June 18th, June 19th, June 23rd, June 24th, and June
26th
II. PUBLIC HEARING – Continued from July 20, 2020
NEW Farmer Series Pouring Permit of an Annual On-Premises Malt Beverages License
Green Road, LLC dba Thirsty Robot Brewing, 265 Summer Street
Bill diMario, Owner and Manager was present. The Hearing was reopened and a review of the
application was discussed. The notices were sent out for this hearing thereby giving the abutters the
required opportunity to comment on the application. The Chair invited anyone in attendance to speak.
Mary Jo Bohart, City of Fitchburg Economic Development Director spoke in support of the application.
No one else requested to speak. Hearing closed and application approved by roll-call vote 3/0.
III. NEW BUSINESS
Commissioner Sarefield noted that the Eastwood Club had started an application for a Special
Extension of Premises, and a special meeting of the Commission might be required in the future.
The meeting adjourned at 6:22 PM
