MINUTES OF MEETING
A regular meeting of the Board of License Commissioners was held on December 7, 2020 over the Zoom
meeting platform, and called to order by Commissioner Sarefield at 6:02 PM. Commissioners Boscardin
and Zarrella were also present. FPD Liaison Lieutenant Howe was present.
I. REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PRIOR MEETING(S)
The minutes of November 16th were approved.
Amendments to existing licenses:
British American Club, Inc., 1 Simonds Road, for Change of Manager to Kevin O’Connell and Change
of Officers/Directors/LLC Managers.
Attorney Anna Phillips was present at the meeting. Attorney Phillips mentioned that due to some
changes in their application, the manager should be amended to reflect Mr. Ronald Cote’s name.
Commissioner Sarefield noted that the paperwork should be reviewed as the ABCC did not usually
accept anything that was handwritten.
Application approved as amended, pending verification of background check for Mr. Cote.
Note for file – background check completed on December 8th. No concerns were noted.
2021 Sunday Entertainment Permit
The following Sunday permits were approved by roll call vote 3/0.

late closing renewals versus regular licensing, as well as to discuss the challenges the local business
community had been meeting during the year.

The Clerk noted that the draft meeting dates for 2021 had been sent to the Commissioners for their approval.
The meeting adjourned at 6:57 PM.
