MINUTES OF MEETING
A regular meeting of the Board of License Commissioners was held on January 20, 2021 over the Zoom
meeting platform, and called to order by Commissioner Sarefield at 6:01 PM. Commissioner Boscardin
was also present. FPD Liaison Lieutenant Howe was present.
I. REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PRIOR MEETING(S)
The minutes of January 4th were approved by roll call vote 2/0.
II. APPLICATIONS
Taxi Driver Applications - NEW
Miranda Tozier-Robbins – City Cab
Ms. Tozier-Robbins was present at the meeting. Commissioner Sarefield noted that the Commission
would enter into Executive Session. Upon returning from Executive Session, application was approved,
pending a six (6) month review. Approved by roll call vote 2/0.

Approved by roll call vote 2/0.
The following Late Closing Permits were approved by roll call vote 2/0

III. NEW BUSINESS
Commissioner Boscardin noted that a licensee had asked whether the possibility of being open for
private parties would be possible. He noted that the licensee understood that food would need to be
served. The Commissioners agreed that having Mr. Steve Curry, Board of Health Director, appear at
the next meeting to discuss this possibility would be advantageous. The Clerk will reach out with an
invitation.
The meeting adjourned at 6:51 PM
