MINUTES OF MEETING
A regular meeting of the Board of License Commissioners was held on March 15, 2021 over the Zoom
meeting platform, and called to order by Commissioner Sarefield at 6:02 PM. Commissioners Boscardin
and Zarrella were also present. FPD Liaison Lieutenant Howe was present.
I. REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PRIOR MEETING(S)
The minutes of March 1st were approved by unanimous consent 3/0.
II. APPLICATIONS
Taxi Driver Renewal Application
Lewis E. Chamberlain – City Cab
Mr. Chamberlain was present at the Meeting. Approved by unanimous consent 3/0.
Transfer of Wine & Malt Beverages Package Store License
Global Montello Group Corp. dba Global Montello Group Corp. #2770., from Verc Enterprises, Inc.
129 Whalon Street
Attorney Jon Aieta, as representative for the Applicant, was present at the meeting. Mr. Aieta noted
that the dba name had been updated to “Alltown Fitchburg” and that an amended page “1” of the
application had been referred to the Clerk’s Office. Motion to forward the amended application to a
Public Hearing on April 5th approved by unanimous consent.
