NOTICE: In order to assure observance of MGL Chapter 138, Sec. 34, the
Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission (ABCC) will be conducting Minimum
Age Purchase Law Compliance Checks as well as Minimum Purchase Law Alcoholic
Delivery Compliance Checks in the City of Fitchburg throughout 2021-2022.
