MINUTES OF MEETING
A special meeting of the Board of License Commissioners was held via the Zoom meeting platform on
Thursday, May 25, 2023 and called to order by Commissioner Sarefield at 12:30 PM. Commissioner
Boscardin was present, Commissioner Zarrella and FPD Liaison Patrol Officer were absent. City Clerk
Joanna Bilotta and Assistant City Clerk Elizabeth McNiff were present.
I. NEW APPLICATIONS
Monday - Saturday Entertainment Permit
St. Anthony Festa, St. Anthony of Padua Church, 33 Beekman Street, Saturday, June 10, 2023, for
live amplified and acoustic music from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, for approximately 200 people.
Ms. Joanne Pagnotta was present at the meeting. Commissioner Sarefield reviewed application and
verified times for the music. The time was amended to 6:30 PM.
Amended application approved by unanimous roll call vote 2/0
Special One Day Wine & Malt License
St. Anthony Festa, St. Anthony of Padua Church, 33 Beekman Street, Saturday, June 10, 2023,
from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, for approximately 200 people.
Ms. Joanne Pagnotta was present at the meeting. Commissioner Sarefield reviewed the application and
verified all servers have TIP certifications and will be using Atlas Wholesale. The time was amended to
6:30 PM.
Amended application approved by unanimous roll call vote 2/0
Jacqueline Cullen, River Styx Brewing LLC., The Market on Main, Main Street, Saturday, May 27,
2023 (Rain date: Sunday May 28), from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Ms. Cullen was not present at the meeting. Commissioners reviewed the application.
