Commissioner Boscardin was present, Commissioner Zarrella was absent. FPD Liaison Lieutenant Jeffrey Howe, City Clerk Joanna Bilotta and Assistant City Clerk Elizabeth McNiff were present. I. NEW APPLICATIONS Please note that the Commission may enter into Executive Session pursuant to G.L. c. 30A, sec. 21(a) (5) (Discussion of CORI results), if required during this portion of the Agenda, and will return to regular session upon completion. Temporary Alteration of Premises Licenses Dario’s Diner, Inc., DBA El Toro Steakhouse, 187 River Street, application for a Special Extension of Outdoor Licensed Premises (ELP-23-1) Ms. Colon was present at the meeting. Commissioner Sarefield reviewed application and verified that Ms. Colon was aware that this is only valid through April 2024. If she wanted this long-term, that she would need start the extension of premise application with the ABCC. Application approved by unanimous roll call vote 2/0. Special One Day Wine & Malt Beverages Michelle Agreda, Baby Shower, Coggshall Park, Stone House, 159 Electric Ave, Sunday, August 27, 2023, from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM, for approximately 25 people. Ms. Agreda was present at the meeting. Commissioner Sarefield reviewed application and verified that all servers are TIPS Certified and confirmed that they are using a wholesale distributor. Application approved by unanimous roll call vote 2/0. Page 1 Monday-Saturday Entertainment Permit Gregory Bernadotte, Tryst Lounge, 320 Main Street, Annual Monday – Saturday Entertainment Permit for live Acoustic, Live Amplified Music, DJ, and Dancing Mr. Bernadotte was present at the meeting. Commissioner Sarefield reviewed application and verified the times. Application approved by unanimous roll call vote 2/0. Sunday Entertainment Permit Gregory Bernadotte, Tryst Lounge, 320 Main Street, Annual Sunday Entertainment Permit for live Acoustic, Live Amplified Music, DJ, and Dancing Mr. Bernadotte was present at the meeting. Commissioner Sarefield reviewed application and verified the times. Application approved by unanimous roll call vote 2/0. Application for Late Closing Gregory Bernadotte, Tryst Lounge, 320 Main Street, requesting Late Closing to 2:00 AM on Sunday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Mr. Bernadotte was present at the meeting. Commissioner Sarefield reviewed application and verified the times. The commission expressed some concerns about that late night closing, as it is operating and a club, and agreed to a six month period that the commission will come back and review the progress of. Amended application approved by unanimous roll call vote 2/0. Application for Automatic Amusement Devices Gregory Bernadotte, Tryst Lounge, 320 Main Street, requesting 1 Pool Table. Howe informed the commission about an incident with an employee of Twin City Kab and that he would be following up with Mr. Ken Bergeron.
