Commissioner Boscardin was present. Commissioner Zarrella was absent. FPD Liaison Lieutenant Jeffrey Howe and City Clerk Joanna Bilotta and Assistant City Clerk Elizabeth McNiff were present. I. REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PRIOR MEETING(S) The minutes of September 6, 2023 were amended approved by roll call vote 2/0. II. NEW APPLICATIONS Please note that the Commission may enter into Executive Session pursuant to G.L. c. 30A, sec. 21(a) (5) (Discussion of CORI results), if required during this portion of the Agenda, and will return to regular session upon completion. Taxi Driver Permit Nashaly Figueroa – City Cab, Inc. Ms. Figueroa was absent at the meeting. Application moved to next meeting by unanimous roll call vote 2/0. Monday- Saturday Entertainment Permit Junior Pena, Fitchburg State University, Ross Parking Lot, 160 Pearl Street, for DJ and Dancing, Saturday, September 23, 2023, from 12:30 PM to 6:30 PM for approximately 100 people. Mr. Pena was present at the meeting and provided handouts with the details of the event to the commissioners. Commissioner Sarefield reviewed application and verified the times. Application approved by unanimous roll call vote 2/0 Page 1  AJ Tourigny, InTown Fitchburg, Main Street, for Live Acoustic and Amplified Music, Saturday, October 28, 2023, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM for approximately 1500 people. Mr. Tourigny was absent at the meeting, Ms. Monique Guthere represented InTown Fitchburg. Commissioner Sarefield reviewed application and verified the times. Application approved by unanimous roll call vote 2/0 III. CORRESPONDENCE There was no correspondence. IV. NEW BUSINESS M&M Variety There was no action taken. Strong Style Coffee Motion to put on October 2, 2023 meeting for review. Approved by unanimous roll call vote 2/0.
