Commissioner Fossa and Commissioner Boscardin were present. FPD Liaison Lieutenant Jeffrey Howe and City Clerk Joanna Bilotta were present. I. REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PRIOR MEETING(S) The minutes of December 4, 2023 meeting were approved by roll call vote 3/0. II. NEW APPLICATIONS Please note that the Commission may enter into Executive Session pursuant to G.L. c. 30A, sec. 21(a) (5) (Discussion of CORI results), if required during this portion of the Agenda, and will return to regular session upon completion. Solicitor Applications Earl McClellan Wells – Excess Wireless Mr. McClellan was absent at the meeting. This is the third time Mr. McClellan has been absent from the meeting where his new application has appeared on the agenda. Application denied by unanimous roll call vote 3/0. Auto Amusement Device Application: Funstuf Party Place, 791 Water Street – For one claw & one snow day Mr. Deslauners was present at the meeting. Commissioner Sarefield asked what a snow day machine was. Lt. Howe expressed no concerns with the machine. Application approved by unanimous roll call vote 3/0. III. RENEWAL APPLICATION 2024 Taxi/Livery Marylis Bramante - City Cab Co, Inc. Page 1  Ms. Bramante was not present at the meeting. Commissioner Fossa recused himself because of his business relationship with Ms. Bramante. Commissioner Sarefield decided to move forward with the renewal based on past performance. Application approved by unanimous roll call vote 2/0. IV.
