Commission Boscardin was present, Commissioner Fossa and FPD Liaison Lieutenant Jeffrey Howe were absent. City Clerk Joanna Bilotta and Assistant City Clerk Elizabeth McNiff were present. I. NEW APPLICATIONS Special One Day Wine & Malt Beverages William McSheehy requesting for a Celebration of Life, Senior Center, 14 Wallace Avenue, on Saturday, April 27, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 3:30 PM, for approximately 200 people. Mr. McSheehy was absent at the meeting. Commissioner Boscardin explained this was an event that was being held as a celebration of life for Joel Kaddy.
