Commissioner Boscardin and Commissioner Fossa was present. FPD Liaison Lieutenant Jeffrey Howe, City Clerk Joanna Bilotta, and Assistant City Clerk Elizabeth McNiff were present. I. REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PRIOR MEETING(S) 1. Meeting Minutes of November 16 18, 2024 The Meeting Minutes of November 18, 2024 were approved by roll call vote 3/0. II. APPLICATIONS Please note that the Commission may enter into Executive Session pursuant to G.L. c. 30A, sec. 21(a) (5) (Discussion of CORI results), if required during this portion of the agenda, and will return to regular session upon completion. 2025 License Renewals (Package) The following License Renewals (Package) were approved by roll call vote 3/0. Paddock Lounge (Sunday - Saturday) 2025 Renewals for Annual Monday- Saturday Entertainment Permit The following Monday-Saturday Entertainment Permits were approved by roll call vote 3/0. 1. Paddock Lounge 2025 Renewals for Annual Sunday Entertainment Permit The following Sunday Entertainment Permits were approved by roll call vote 3/0. 1. POS (Game On) 2. Paddock Lounge III. NEW APPLICATIONS: Monday-Saturday Sunday Entertainment Permit Daniel Walton, Fitchburg Municipal Airport, 567 Crawford Street, Sunday, December 8, 2024, for live acoustic music from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, for approximately 200 people. Mr. Walton and Ms. Martinez was present at the meeting. Commissioner Sarefield reviewed the application and verified that Mr. Walton is aware that all entertainment must be shut down thirty minutes prior to closing. Application approved by unanimous roll call vote 3/0. Page 2  Special One Day Wine & Malt Beverages Michael Kennedy, 160 Pearl Street, Falcon Hub, Street Level, Lobby, Staff/Faculty Holiday Party, Thursday, December 12, 2024, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, for approximately 40 people. Mr. Kennedy was present at the meeting. Commissioner Sarefield stated for the record that while he is an employee at Fitchburg State University, he has no financial stake or connection to this event. Commissioner Sarefield reviewed the application and verified that Mr. Walton is aware that all entertainment must be shut down thirty minutes prior to closing. Mr. Kennedy asked to amend the time ending time to 6:30 PM. Amended application approved by unanimous roll call vote 3/0. IV. CORRESPONDENCE City Clerk Joanna Bilotta shared with the commission the correspondence she received stating that Singapore Restaurant received their approval for Keno at their establishment. No action taken. V. NEW BUSINESS No new business.
