Commissioner Fossa and Commissioner Boscardin were present. City Clerk Joanna Bilotta and Assistant City Clerk Elizabeth McNiff were present. I. RENEWAL APPLICATION 2025 Taxi/Livery Marylis Bramante - City Cab Co, Inc. Ms. Bramante was not present at the meeting. Commissioner Fossa stated that while he has a financial relationship with the business, the City Solicitor shared there is no conflict on his voting. Commissioner Sarefield decided to move forward with the renewal based on past performance. Application approved by unanimous roll call vote 3/0. II. CORRESPONDENCE There was no correspondence. III. NEW BUSINESS There was no new business.
