Commissioner Boscardin and Fossa were present. Lieutenant Ryan Keenan, City Clerk Joanna Bilotta, and Assistant City Clerk Elizabeth McNiff were present. I. NEW APPLICATIONS Please note that the Commission may enter into Executive Session pursuant to G.L. c. 30A, sec. 21(a) (5) (Discussion of CORI results), if required during this portion of the agenda, and will return to regular session upon completion. Special One Day Wine & Malt Beverages Jeff McVoy, Fitchburg State Lacrosse game. President’s viewing box, private Viewing box at Elliot Field, 53 Pearl Hill Road, Friday, February 28, 2025, from 4:30 PM – 8:00 PM for Approximately 10 guests. Mr. McVoy was present at the meeting. Commissioner Sarefield stated for the record that while he is an employee at Fitchburg State University, he has no financial stake or connection to this event. Commissioner Sarefield reviewed the applications and verified that a TIPS certified employee would be working. Lieutenant Keenan had no concerns. Application approved by unanimous roll call vote 3/0. II. CORRESPONDCE III. NEW BUSINESS Lieutenant Keenan shared with the commission he received a report pertaining to a disturbance at Mill City Pub & Pizza LLC. He will research and provide information at the March 3, 2024 meeting.
