Commissioner Boscardin was present. Assistant City Clerk Elizabeth McNiff was present. I. NEW APPLICATIONS Please note that the Commission may enter into Executive Session pursuant to G.L. c. 30A, sec. 21(a) (5) (Discussion of CORI results), if required during this portion of the agenda, and will return to regular session upon completion. Special One Day Wine & Malt Beverages Jeff McVoy, Fitchburg State lacrosse game, President’s private viewing box, Elliot Field, 53 Pearl Hill Road, Monday, April 14, 2025, from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM for approximately 24 guests. Jeff McVoy, Fitchburg State lacrosse game, President’s private viewing box, Elliot Field, 53 Pearl Hill Road, Friday, April 18, 2025, from 5:00 PM – 8:30 PM for approximately 24 guests. Mr. McVoy was present at the meeting. Commissioner Sarefield stated for the record that while he is an employee at Fitchburg State University, he has no financial stake or connection to this event. Commissioner Sarefield reviewed the applications and verified that a TIPS certified employee would be working both events. Jeff McVoy asked to amend the time for the April 18, 2025 to end at 8:00 PM. Amended applications approved by unanimous roll call vote 3/0. II. CORRESPONDCE III.
