Commissioner Boscardin and Fossa were present. City Clerk Joanna Bilotta and Assistant City Clerk Elizabeth McNiff were present. I. NEW APPLICATIONS Please note that the Commission may enter into Executive Session pursuant to G.L. c. 30A, sec. 21(a) (5) (Discussion of CORI results), if required during this portion of the agenda, and will return to regular session upon completion. Monday-Saturday Entertainment Permit John Flynn, Fiesta Shows, 254 Summer Street, Saint Bernard’s Carnival, for amusement rides and games, Thursday, September 11, 2025 and Friday, September 12, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM, for approximately 300 people. Saturday, September, 13, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, for approximately 400 people. Sunday Entertainment Permit John Flynn, Fiesta Shows, 254 Summer Street, Saint Bernard’s Carnival, for amusement rides and games, Sunday, September 14, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM for approximately 300 people. Mr. Flynn was present at the meeting. Commissioner Sarefield reviewed the application and verified that Mr. Flynn is aware that all entertainment must be shut down thirty minutes prior to closing. Mr. Flynn stated that there would be no changes to the layout as years past. Mr. Flynn informed the commission that they have taken extra safety precautions, there will be meat detectors to walk through and they will be checking bags. Applications approved by unanimous roll call vote 3/0. Special One Day All Alcoholic Beverages Aimee Murphy, Community Foundation of North Central Massachusetts Inc., Zach’s Goal Washer Tournament, Legends Bar & Grille, 68 Airport Road, Sunday, September 21, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 5:30 PM, for approximately 100 people. Ms. Kathrine Marsh and Ms. Murphy were present at the meeting and verified all servers have TIP certifications. As discussed last meeting Ms. marsh explained the area will be the same set up as in years past. Application approved by unanimous roll call vote 3/0. Page 1 II. CORRESPONDCE III.
