In attendance: Steve Curry, Catherine Hoover, Laurie Wiita, Laurie DeMalia, Abby Conlin, Victoria Selser,
Micah Blondeau, Michelle Powell, Deb Vondal, Stacy Ciccolini, Kathy Jones, Sue Avallone, Tom Bonci
Agenda item: Request to approve second purchase of COVID vaccine for clinic use to mirror previous
order of 380 Pfizer, 380 Moderna and 30 Pfizer Pediatric doses at a cost of $80,000-90,000. Statements
by Victoria of some challenges with availability and shipping and the possibility of acting as vaccine
depot to some area hospitals. Question by Sue about seeking insurance reimbursement and confirming
that those reimbursements will go back to general fund.
Motion to approve by Laurie W, second by Deb V. motion carries.
Motion to adjourn by Tom B., meeting adjourned 9:15am.
