Chairperson L. Shifrin will open the public meeting, call the roll of attendees and make any necessary announcements. 7:05 PM 2. Chairperson Shifrin will request the Commissioners enter into an executive session in accordance with the G.L. of MA, c 30A, § 19(a) to discuss strategy with respect to litigation in that executive session as holding such discussion in an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of this public body. If a relevant motion is made, then Chairperson Shifrin will ask for a roll call vote on the motion. If the motion is made and passes in the affirmative, then Chairperson Shifrin will declare that any guests that may be attending the open meeting must excuse themselves from the meeting and that the Commissioners will then meet with appropriate MRPC staff and legal counsel in the executive session, as identified in the open meeting.
