Edward Manzi, Executive Officer, Fidelity Bank, and Councillor Angelo Bisol and Councillor Michael Kushmerek, to convert Day St. to a two way Street from Main St. to the rear property bound of the new Fidelity Bank site at 255 Main St., parcel #55 66 as outlined in the enclosed petition. 178-14. Erin Van Luven Pospychala, to request that the Public Safety Committee investigate and address the hazardous conditions at the intersection between Rindge Road and Scott Road in Fitchburg by placing a stop sign at the end of Scott Road. 189-14. Councillor Paul Beauchemin, to place two stop signs on the Corner of Plymouth St. and Madison St., Plymouth St. and Oak Hill Rd. 190-14. Councillor Angelo Bisol, to install a Stop sign on Scott Road where it intersects with Rindge Road and to install a caution sign with Traffic Entering on right, Traffic Entering on left. 191-14 Councillor David Clark and Erin VanLuven Pospychala, to investigate and appropriately address the hazardous conditions at the intersection between Rindge Road and Scott Road. 192-14.
