FITCHBURG CITY CLERK THE CHAIRPERSON READ THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT: Sep 30 2021 11:19 am “Please be advised that FATV is conducting audio and video recording of this meeting for public broadcast. I ask anyone else in the audience who is recording this meeting to please identify themselves for the record now by standing and stating their name and address.” A meeting of the COMMITTEE ON PUBLIC SAFETY was held on Thursday, September 23, 2021, at 700 Main Street, Legislative Building, Fitchburg, MA and called to order by Chairman Amy Green at 6:35 PM. Committee members present in Council Chambers: Councillors Green, Schultz, Couture, Hughes Others present: Sgt. Boudreau, Chief Martineau The following recommendation was made: 166-21. Councilor Bernard Schultz III and Amy Green, to amend the Code of the City of Fitchburg, Section 169, No Parking on Ellis Street as outlined in the enclosed Petition. The Public Safety Committee recommended by unanimous consent that the Petition be granted.
