Considerations- Location, Long term up-keep, Funding, Size Restrictions, Permits A motion made by Andrew Hawthorne, and seconded by Diane Ouellette to disallow private family mausoleums in existing cemetery. Trustees tabled issue until phase II of extension of Forest Hill, then Board will revisit issue. 3 in favor, 0 opposed - Motion passed. Events: Next regular meeting scheduled for Thursday November 16, 2017 at 9:00 am – Cemetery Office A motion made at 10:05 am by Andrew Hawthorne, and seconded by Diane Ouellette to adjourn the meeting. 3 in favor, 0 opposed - Motion passed.
