SPECIAL BOARD MEETING MINUTES
MONDAY, AUGUST 26, 2024
The Tustees Board meeting was held in the East Meeting Room, 1st Floor at City Hall, 718 Main Street, Fitchburg, MA 01420
Call to Order: 12 noon
Trustees Present: Chair Perla, A. Hawthorne, G. Mirijanian.
Others Present: Jaquelyn Poirier, Cemetery Superintendent, and Sally Cragin, Councilor at Large.
No one was present in person or remotely.
SPECIAL MEETING WAS CALL FOR ONE (1) ITEM ON THE AGENDA:
#1: THURSTON CONSORT CHAMBER MUSIC EVENT TO BE HELD ON SATURDAY, OCTOBER 5, 2024 @ 2 PM AT
THE FORSET HILL ABBEY.
THE THURSTON CONSORT CHAMBER IS PROVIDING THE ENTERTAINMENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF RAISING
DONATIONS FOR THE RESTORATION AND REPAIR OF THE FOREST HILL ABBEY.
THE THURSTON CONSORT IS NOT CHARGING A FEE FOR THIS EVENT.
THIS EVENT WILL REQUIRE A DAY LISCENE BY THE LISCEINIG BOARD.
MOTION WAS MADE AND ROLL CALL VOTE WAS TAKEN BY THE TRUSTEES PRESENT. ALL WERE IN FAVOR.
THE MOTION PASSED.
ADJOURNMENT: MEETING ADJOURNED AT 12:12PM
