Review minutes from October 20th, 2016 Commission Meeting 2. Public Forum : None 3. Water Division  Drought  Shea St.  Hydraulic Study-Narrows Rd. PRV Station  SCADA System Upgrades  Water Main Replacement Project-Summer 2017  Meter Upgrade Program  Outsourcing of Bills 4. Wastewater Division  Construction Projects : o SSU Project 1. Bids shall be received from GCs on November 16th, at 2:00 PM. 2. Award tentatively planned for January 11th, 2017. o Beech Street/Hazel Street  Construction commences Monday – November 7, 2016, in Pratt Road (at Rollstone Street). o CMHs Separation Project  Contract awarded & executed. Preconstruction conference was held on Oct. 25th.  Contractor awarded the project is Blue Diamond Equipment.  Construction schedule (start date, locations, etc.) is anticipated to be received on Nov. 7, 2016.  Sewer Rate Study (in progress)  City Code Chapter 147 & “Rules and Regulations” (working with City Solicitor – in progress)   “Infiltration & Inflow” – Develop provisions for City Code/Rules & Regs in order to effectively administer and to comply with NPDES, State Regulation (314 CMR 12), and Consent Decree. …….. (working with City Solicitor in progress)  Westminster/Fitchburg IMA 1. Letter response (from Fitchburg W/WW) has been acknowledged by Westminster DPW Director Josh Hall; Josh Hall indicated the general preferences for days of the week Westminster would like the meeting to be scheduled. 2.
