PUBLIC COMMENT The purpose of this item is to allow the public an opportunity to address the Board/Commission regarding any item on this agenda that is not a "Public Hearing." Consider a resolution authorizing the filing of an application with the Texas Water Development Board's Water Supply and Infrastructure Grant (WSIG) program for Stonecrest Pump Station Phase II and designating an authorized representative of the Town for purposes of the application.
