Also present: Mayor Ralph Hellmich, City Administrator Mike Thompson, Wynter Metz, Kevin Lesser, Kristen McCallister, Alexis Willis, Sue Steigerwald, Miranda Bell, Thurston Bullock, Kevin Carnley, Marla Heiden, Kim Ebentheuer, Sandra Pate, Rachel Keith, and Leslie Gahagan. Present: 7 - President Wayne Trawick,Council Member Vera Quaites,Mayor Ralph Hellmich,Mayor Ralph Hellmich,Council Member Rick Blackwell,Council Member Charles Ebert III and Council Member Richard Dayton Presentation of Audit by Warren Averett, LLC Kristen McAllister from Warren Averett, LLC presented the audit reading that is attached as back up to the minutes. 21-0056 A Resolution Accepting the Audited Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) for FY2020 Attachments: FY20 CAFR-reduced size A motion was made by Council Member Charles Ebert, III, seconded by Council Member Rick Blackwell, that this Resolution be adopted. The motion carried by an unanimous vote. Enactment No: 21-1021-RES Mayor & Council Comments Mayor Ralph Hellmich and Council Member Charles Ebert, III, thanked the City's Finance Department and the auditors of Warren Averett, LLC.
