Others present: Vickey Southern, Heyward Hosch, Mike Thompson, Jeff Rouzie, Miranda Bell and Sue Steigerwald. Present: 8 - Floyd A. Davis,Keith Newton,Charles Ebert III,J Koniar,Mark Welytok,Mark Welytok,Mark Welytok and Mark Welytok Approval of the Minutes 16-0193 Approval of the 02-15-2016 PCEFCD Minutes Attachments: 02-15-2016 PCEFCD MINUTES DRAFT.pdf A motion was made by Secretary/Treasurer Charles Ebert, III, seconded by Member J Koniar, that the Minutes be approved. The motion carried by an unanimous vote. New Business Executive Session Mrs. Southern reported the District needed to go into Executive Session to consider preliminary negotiations involving matters of trade or commerce in which the District and the City of Foley are in competition with private individuals or entities or other governmental bodies in Alabama. The Executive Session will last approximately 30 minutes and there may be a need to come out of Executive Session for a vote on a matter. Mr. Ebert made a motion to go into Executive Session and Mr. Welytok seconded the motion. Mrs. Southern took the roll call vote as follows: Chairman Davis, aye; Mr. Ebert, aye; Mr. Welytok, aye; Mr. Newton, aye; and Mr. Koniar, aye. There was unanimous consent to go into Executive Session. Enactment No: 16-0025-PCEFCD Call the PCEFCD Meeting back to order The PCEFCD meeting was called to order at 5:36 p.m. All PCEFCD members were present. Others present were: Vickey Southern, Mike Thompson, Miranda Bell, Sue Steigerwald, and Heyward Hosch. 16-0195 A resolution to approve hiring Heyward Hosch to do the transactions for a 2% user fee for BC Foley. Resolution 16-0024-PCEFCD was adopted unanimously on motion by Mr. Ebert and was seconded by Mr. Newton. Enactment No: 16-0025-PCEFCD Visitor Comments Both Districts will need to hold another meeting to approve the actual documentation. The next meeting was scheduled for Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. Mr. Hosch will be in attendance.
