Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all utility agreements, utility easements, and subsequent agreements on behalf of the City of Fontana for the West Liberty Parkway at Miller Avenue Traffic Signal Project. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all utility agreements, utility easements, and subsequent agreements on behalf of the City of Fontana for the N.
