PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS: This is an opportunity for citizens to speak to the Commission for up to 3 minutes on items not on the Agenda, but within the Commission's jurisdiction. The Commission is prohibited by law from discussing or taking immediate action on nonagendized items. CONSENT CALENDAR: All matters listed under CONSENT CALENDAR will be enacted by one motion in the form listed below. Approval of Park Review No. 21-007 for the construction of the 21-728 Southridge Dog Park comprised of two (2) dog fields, lighting, fencing, drinking fountains, benches, and waste receptacles on an 0.53-acre portion of a 24 acre site. Based on the information contained in this staff report and subject to the attached Findings and conditions of approval, staff recommends that the Parks, Community, and Human Services Commission adopt Resolution No. PC 2021- ___ to recommend approval of the project to Planning Commission; and, 1. Determine that the project is categorically exempt pursuant to Class 3 - Section No. 15303 (New Construction or Conversation of Small Structures), Class 4 - Section No. 15304 (Minor Alternations to Land), Class 11 - Section No. 15311 (Accessory Structures) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and Section No. 3.22 of the Local 2019 Guidelines for Implementing CEQA, and direct staff to file a Notice of Exemption; 2. Approve Park Review (DRP) No. 21-007.
