RECOMMENDATION: Based on the information contained in this staff report and subject to the attached Findings and conditions of approval, staff recommends that the Planning Commission adopt Resolution No. PC 2021- ___; and, 1. Determine that the project is categorically exempt pursuant to Class 3 - Section No. 15303 (New Construction or Conversation of Small Structures), Class 4 - Section No. 15304 (Minor Alterations to Land), Class 11 - Section No. 15311 (Accessory Structures) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and Section No. 3.22 of the Local 2019 Guidelines for Implementing CEQA, and direct staff to file a Notice of Exemption; 2. RECOMMENDATION: Based on the information in the staff report and subject to the attached Findings and Conditions of Approval, staff recommends that the Planning Commission adopt Resolution No. PC 2021 - _____: and, 1. Adopt the Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program and direct staff to file the Notice of Determination; and 2. Approve Tentative Parcel Map No. 20235 and Design Review No. 20-019.
